Temple Emanuel Annual Commitment Form 2025-26

Dear TE Member,

Temple Emanuel's Finance Committee and the Board of Directors work diligently to manage our budget to ensure that our synagogue remains financially stable for our current community and for generations to come. Your annual commitment to TE is a critical piece of keeping our community strong.

Our budgeted cost of operation in 2025-2026 will amount to $3,240 per member household. You can continue Temple Emanuel's tradition of providing a warm and nurturing environment for all families by committing at least $3,240.

Aligned to our values, no family will ever be denied membership because they cannot afford to pay. If you have any concerns, please contact one of our Treasurers and we will work with you to come up with a solution.

Please complete this form and submit it no later than August 31, 2025, to Temple Emanuel with your preferred schedule of payments (monthly via credit card/ACH electronic check or single payment). If you would like to make an alternative schedule of payments after the initial payment is processed, please indicate this on the form below and our bookkeeper Lynn ([email protected]) will be in touch with you.
